Sozopolis SPA and Wellness Resort will extend on 88 500 sq.m. area only 2 kilometers south of the ancient town of Sozopol on Kolokita cape in Bulgaria. The GFA of the project is 34 000 sq. m.

The owners and guests of the complex will have the opportunity to visit the various shops, galleries and cafes, to choose among the different culinary temptations in Fara restaurant and to reach the full relaxation in the spacious and modern SPA centre, furnished by KLAFS. The floorage of the SPA centre in Sozopolis SPA and Wellness Resort will be 1 400 sq. m. and it will be separated in different zones:

1. Internal and external swimming pool and jakuzzi;
2. Very large and well equipped gym;
3. Thermo zone with a Sauna, Sanarium, Herbal and Steam bath, Tropical showers and halls for hydrotherapy and marine therapy;
4. Zones for massages, healing baths and therapies.
● The complex will take in 56 semi-detached houses with one to three bedrooms and 21 detached houses. The total number of real estate units is 186, more than 80 % of them with a spectacular view of the sea.

● The size of the one and two-bedroom apartments in the complex varies from 62 to 100 sq. m.

● The floorage of the three-bedroom apartments varies from 147 to 175 sq. m.

● The floorage of the individual houses in the complex is 365 sq. m. and each of them is surrounded by 800 sq. m. private garden.

● The homes will be completed and furnished according to customers` expectations and personal demand.
